Come and see the SMARTIEHS demonstrators at the Innovation Village in Brussels 13.-15. April 2010
The two first demonstrators of the SMARTIEHS inspection concept can be seen at the Innovation Village at the SPIE conference Photonics Europe in Brussels next week.
Two proof-of-principle demonstrators can be visited at the exhibition "Innovation Village". The SPIE Innovation Village is part of the SPIE Photonics Europe 2010 conference in Brussels 13. - 15. April 2010.
SMARTIEHS proof-of-principle demonstrator
The demonstrators show a 5 channel demonstrator of the Mirau type low coherence interferometer array and a 1 channel prototype of the Twyman Green type laser interferometer. Furthermore a first prototype of the smart pixel imager will be displayed.
